    M1917 Trench Mirror
    Original WW1 US M1917 trench mirror [also referred to as a "reflector" or "periscope"], simple plate glass mirror mounted inside a brownish-OD green painted tin plated steel frame with hinged lid and bracket on underside for attaching to a knife or stick, so mirror could be positioned above edge of trench parapet without exposing the user. Average minor wear to painted finish and the hinge at left side of lid has come loose [does not affect overall appearance or operation and can easily be soldered back in place]. No chips or cracks to mirror. Nice piece of WW1 trench warfare equipment and is in very good condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
