    Description

    Up for auction a vintage set of six (6) salad/dessert plates by Syracuse China for American Airlines in the Platinum and Cobalt pattern.  All plates are marked with the American Airline logo.  These plates were produced from 1983 until 1989.
    The plates measure 6" in diameter and combined weight is 2.8 pounds prior to packing for shipping.
    These pieces are in good used vintage condition without cracks, chips, flakes or repairs.  The plates have little to no scratches, utensil marks or stacking rubs.  The cobalt band is clean and consistent in color depth.  One plate has a dark line in the well.  I see very few marks in the platinum lining.
