Works in all types of materials: concrete, hollow or solid brick, masonry, tile over drywall, drywall, and more. Stronger than concrete screws in solid walls. Holds up to 675 lbs in concrete (3500 psi) with the #10 x 1-1/2-in screw included in the package. (Industry standards recommend 1/4 of this ultimate load per anchor. see our technical bulletin.) also works if you hit an unexpected cavity, as in hollow brick; no need to pull out the anchor and insert a different one. In walls of minimum thickness 3/8-in, the screw opens the anchor and locks in securely. In 1/2-in drywall each anchor holds up to 69 lbs with the screw included in the package. Also works with any screw #6 through #12 with minimum thread length of 1-1/4-in plus the thickness of the item to be anchored.
