SLATER OF IOWA book written about Iowa Hawkeye Football Legend and Hall of Famer Duke Slater. Authored and Autographed by James Andrew Peterson back in 1958 and published by Hinckley & Schmitt.
This is an amazing vintage collectible about Duke Slater.  He was coached by legendary Howard Jones and played with many other hall of fame players throughout the years. You don't see these books very often, and one especially signed by the author.  If you haven't read this book, you need to get your hands on it.
Book is in good shape for its age.
