Rare Original 1912 US Pre WWI Colt 1911 NO SWIVEL Holster with Leg Strap

Vintage VIKING Handmade Brown Basketweave #53 Fits Colt Single Action or similar
At offer is Beautiful and Ultra Rare Pre WWI US 1912 Model Holster WITHOUT a swivel.  It is stamped "XX1708 (over) 45".  It is in exceptional condition albeit heavily oiled.  The strap is very stiff and about 1" of the tip has broken off.  It is most probably a private purchase Officer's holster.  I have found an add for this type holster in the 1913 Sears Roebuck "Military Equipment" Catalogue
