Returns & Exchanges Terms
All returns or replacements in purchases are accepted within the first 30 days after being received. The terms to accept returns or changes are as follows; The item must not be used, it must have all the factory labels, the claim must be within 30 days of warranty, it must be in the same conditions in which it was sold. In case of return, the 75% of the total purchase will be refunded. The changes are only made by a similar article; you cannot change it for another once purchased. Any cancellation before the first 24 hrs made the purchase; the refund will be on a 100%.
All orders placed during week days (Monday to Friday) will be shipped out within the handling time, orders placed during Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday, or next available business day.
