Antique cut steel brooch Georgian/Victorian lovely work & design layered varied

Description

Lovely old brooch in cut steel layered with a protective base.  I'm not versed enough on Georgian vs Victorian to tell the exact age of this, but it is nicely and airily designed with different sizes and shapes of rivet heads.  There is an overall slight twist to the brooch making it tricky to clasp, but it does.  There is very light rust.  Otherwise just lovely.
