AA~American Airlines-1967 Framed Award "Admiral of the Flagship Fleet" C R Smith

Retired and downsizing my collection of treasured Airline and misc items.  I am not an expert in any of them, just a caretaker for awhile. It is my desire to help preserve the past. May your winning bids bring much joy to you.

This is a rather large framed Award from American Airlines and issued to C. E. Gelhaar in May of 1967. It has a signature of C.R. Smith as Fleet Admiral. It measures 14" X 18 1/2" X 1/2".
There is a gold seal with the embossed AA and flying eagle along with a red, white and blue ribbon.
Nice clean condition with no issues to report.
I describe and pack my items with care, I
