Terms of upgrade:
- Upgrade Expires Jan 31, 2021 so the flight must take place before this date.
- Upgrade is valid on most paid fares on AA,
award tickets are not eligible

if there are no seats available, with no guarantees you will get the upgrade.
I do not offer refunds, but if you don't get upgraded, I'll transfer the upgrade to another flight of your choosing
prior to the expiration date.
