    Description

    This 23" wooden rolling pin has an 18" flat rolling surface, which would work well for pasta or pastry.  The diameter is a little under 1-3/4". I'm not sure what the wood is--it is fairly light, weighing in at only 14 ounces, so it's not maple and could be pine or birch.  It's in very nice condition.
