Up for bid is this 16 page August 18, 1995 issue of "The Infielder Magazine", published by The Daily Star, the newspaper serving Oneonta and Cooperstown, NY.  Most of the publication is a farewell tribute to Mickey Mantle.  There is some fairly minor handling wear noted, including a crease as shown in the last photo above.
